The integrated schedule overlaps the Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and rolling vendor streams to compress twelve months down to a single Month-12 go-live and pilot launch.
Execution Notes
Section titled “Execution Notes”- Overlapping streams. Microsoft 365 and Salesforce foundations run in parallel; vendor integrations roll out continuously from Month 6.
- Rolling vendor releases. The 20 vendor integrations follow a rolling-release model across nine months rather than a single big-bang launch.
- Continuous workstreams. Security & compliance and PM/UX run continuously across the full year.
- Pilot launch. Pilot law firms go live at Month 12 (see Governance & Next Steps).
