Developer Portal
The developer portal is the primary hub for third-party developers, providing all the resources, tools, and information needed to build, test, and ship applications on PHX Terminal. A high-impact portal is what turns a capable API into an adopted one.

Principles behind the portal
Section titled “Principles behind the portal”Beyond features, the portal is built around a set of operating principles:
- Prioritized user experience (UX) — clear navigation, robust search, and responsive layouts.
- Up-to-date documentation — docs are auto-generated from source code or OpenAPI specs so they stay accurate and highlight recent changes.
- Self-service enablement — developers manage API keys and subscriptions without manual intervention.
- Continuous monitoring and iteration — usage analytics drive ongoing improvements based on real developer behavior and feedback.
How it fits together
Section titled “How it fits together”The portal is where the rest of the developer experience converges: it documents the APIs, distributes the SDKs, and links developers into the sandbox to build and test. Self-service access management and analytics close the loop, letting developers provision credentials, monitor their applications, and optimize them — then publish through the marketplace.
